Buying off the rack in-store.

We keep multiple varieties of pieces in store, samples of our work quality and available designs. You’re more than welcome to buy off the rack. A few things to keep in mind:

  1. All sales are final. No refunds/ exchanges or bargaining.
  2. Outfits are sold as-is. Alterations, finishing touches, repair are not included. They will be charged extra.
  3. These outfits have been tried on in our showroom, and they might have left the showroom for photoshoots and fashion shows. Wear and tear is to be expected.
  4. We suggest a few easy edits for your sample purchases to give your garment a loving re-fresh: have a tailor fit your outfit to size, replace the hooks or missing buttons, and cut off any loose threads or wire embroidery. 
  5. The turn-around for alterations for your in-store bought garment is 2-3 weeks.

Customization process, to bring your dream outfit to life!

For the last 25 years, we have used pure fabrics, elite handwork skills, authentic zardozi and dabka work, in-house labour, small-batch production, and only the best materials. We sell dreams woven with slow fashion and on-order made outfits, so you don’t wear whatever is available, but what you dream of.

 

We specialize in customizing high-end bridal & groom fits. The process for all custom orders looks something like this:

  1. Book the initial consultation – if it’s for a bridal/groom outfit, only 2 people besides the bride/groom are accommodated. 
  2. Bring your inspiration or choose to customize our in-house designs.
  3. We will offer you design drafts next. Make sure we can bring your vision to life with your chosen colours, work, and other such specifications.
  4. Next, the magic begins once we start combining the raw materials with our experienced artisan’s skills!
  5. We keep you in the loop via texts/emails, including snapshots and videos of your garments in making.
  6. Once ready, we deliver to your satisfaction! Minor fittings are done on the house!

Please note: Minor alterations for fittings are complimentary on all custom orders. But any alterations for size/measurement changes will be charged separately, as required.

There is strictly no cancellation, return, refund or exchange for any custom orders.
